Spent $40 in five minutes for threading and tinting. The employee says you want dark I say no medium caramel not dark. Within 30 seconds no other questions asked I have color on my eyebrows and look like Oscar the Grouch. When asked if I like, I said they are dark. She attempted to make them lighter, but did not work. Said they will last longer darker darker is better. I would suggest taking time to ask and listen to what clients want Instead of just slapping color on

Visited them twice, younger lady did my eyebrows during my first visit & thinned my eyebrows so much. She was nice and smiling. Second visit I encountered the old one.she is rude , not smiling and unprofessional. She was not gentle during procedure and gave me numerous thread cuts. The older lady charged me $5 more. Service is not worth the price.

Terrible.... went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I normally get them threaded in Monroeville but decided to get cleaned up while I was in Robinson. Bad move :( Not only was the clean up sloppy, they trimmed up the shape I had been working on the last year. They rounded off the inner sides of my eyebrow. Will never ever go to this place again
