Wow. What a company. I did alot of research and we decided to have Metropolitan Window Company install our windows. What a easy process to go thru. Great experience from start to finish! The salesman, John, came to our home, explained the process and product and showed us a sample and gave us a price. Since our old windows were vinyl and started failing in just a few years we were ready for a high quality product that would function well. John answered every question we had and actually pointed out some things we hadn’t thought of. The second more extensive measurement was completed the next week—Sean gave us even more information and some extra tips to improve our efficiency.
