I am technically a member of another Massage Envy - and was in fact the very first member to join at that location when they opened. Long story short, I got turned off of going there due to 1) never being able to get in for an appointment with my preferred providers as my hours piled up, and 2) an incident my favorite therapist there confidentially told me about that made me question both the sanitation and the work culture. So in 2020, I found myself a high-risk person (autoimmune disease) with a ton of backlogged hours and a lot of stress, hoping to get back to a massage routine but nervous about such a close environment with the Covid situation.
