10 Freeport St, Pittsburgh“Auset is a great massage therapist! She is knowledgeable and thorough! It’s been about a year or 2 since I had a massage of any kind and this is by far the best massage I have had! I especially like the way she asks and communicates with you about any past injuries and what areas you would like her to focus on. I know there are a lot of options when it comes to massage therapists but, give her a try and you won’t be disappointed!“

StretchLab offers both 25 min and 50 min sessions- both are perfect and come with their own benefits! They offer session packs and monthly memberships.“

6315 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh“This was my first ever massage and I'm hooked. Massage therapy was recommended to me by my neurologist for my chronic migraines as an adjunct to my pharmaceutical treatments. I explained my medical history and some personal apprehension to the practice of massage and Julianna was receptive, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my needs. She took time to explain which muscles she would focus on and welcomed my input along the way.
The space is small and relaxing, which I prefer over a large intimidating company. I was concerned about smell (of lotion or oil or incense) because I am sensitive to that; but nothing was overpowering or triggering to me.
I've scheduled another appointment with her and am looking forward to it! The cost seems fair and average compared to other places in the area, and I've decided that my health and relaxation are an investment I am willing to focus on.“

700 S Trenton Ave, Pittsburgh“Frankie gave me the best massage of my life (not an exaggeration!). They really took their time with all of the problem areas I mentioned and got into areas that I did not even know had tension and soreness. Frankie provided a very safe and calming environment, and they made sure to ask about any areas that I would prefer not to be touched ahead of time, which I extremely appreciated as most massage therapists I've seen do not ask that. I fully intend to go back and try and make regular visits!“

1360 Old Freeport Rd #1A, Pittsburgh“Dr. Rob is an amazing practitioner! I've seen a handful of acupuncturists throughout the years with varying degrees of success, but Dr. Rob is incredibly skilled. His diagnostic process is spot on, he listens to both what the body and the person is saying to develop an effective treatment plan. I initially went to see him for some sleep issues and depression and within a month he had me feeling like a different person. He is more than happy to discuss and explain any of the modalities and treatments and he does so with an absolutely charming disposition. He also is incredibly honest and provides opportunity for you to weigh in on your progress and treatment plan (ie he won't tell you to come more than necessary). He is also very present during consults making sure he takes the time needed to answer questions and make you feel like you are getting his full attention. The practice has easy online appointment scheduling which is an added bonus and ample easy parking out front. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming and while I've had minimal contact with other staff those small encounters have been pleasant.Note that if you have mobility constraints to access the office requires navigating a few stairs down (with handrails) once you enter the building. I'm not sure if there is an alternate entrance.Go ahead and schedule for anything that ails you!“

Glad the other businesses did not have an appointment available. Friendly staff. She concentrated on the areas I needed. I walked away feeling so much better.“

“I had to get a wig 4 years ago due to hair loss from chemo. I went in not knowing what to expect. the girls were very kind and cari no and took me back to the wig room. the owner also came in and also listened to what looki was trying to go for. mission accomplished I was happy with the style and the quality of the wig. I just found out 4 months ago I would need chemo again. my first thought where did I put that wig. my friend came over she emptied my dresser drawer but drawer and there it was all rolled up in a corner. I took it out shook it and it looked exactly like it did 4 years ago. thank you to all the girls and Jerry who helped me that day.“

300 Heinz St # C-115, Pittsburgh“Jessica is extremely skilled and has made a huge difference in my overall wellness. I first went to her for help with my migraines, which were caused by a bad concussion and are aggravated by muscle tightness. Seeing her monthly has greatly decreased the frequency with which I get migraines, and she has even helped me with other body alignment issues that I didn't know could be improved. She always communicates what she'll be working on each session and spends the time that's necessary to truly make a difference. Highly recommend!“

1378 Freeport Rd # 1A, Pittsburgh“I have been going to Massage by Regina for a few years now and have had both Regina and Leslie as a massage therapist. Both are extremely professional and always ask if there are any areas that need more attention due to extra pain or discomfort. I try to get a massage monthly because the consistency is helping with the pain in my lower back and shoulders. Leslie always listens to if I need more pressured applied to ensure a deeper massage. I appreciate the friendliness, professionalism, and attention to a fantastic massage! Definitely would recommend!“

1131 Boyce Rd B, Pittsburgh“I have been going to Jeffrey for a couple of months for neuromuscular therapy, and it has seemingly cured my chronic migraines after years of going to various doctors and specialists. His therapy has been seriously life-changing for me now that I'm not suffering from that pain. I recommend anyone who also deals with migraines to give this a shot (or even if you don't, I think everyone can benefit). Jeffrey is very professional, communicative, educational, and great at identifying and addressing problematic muscle tension. He ensures he is using the appropriate pressure and explains how to prevent muscle tension and be more self-aware of bad habits that can contribute to it. Now that I have gotten a handle on my migraines, he is helping me to maintain and has identified some other areas of tension I was completely unaware of. Can't recommend him and his services enough!“

5701 Centre Ave Suite LL2, Pittsburgh“A Wednesday around 8:20am in August. Liam sold me a drip coffee. And a "sold-out" taco. Green sauce. Both great. We talked about farming. Rainy day empty coffeehouse vibes. Clean. Quiet. Good music. Wooden tables and floor. The best. I will come back. Go here before 9 if you want to get some reading done - undisturbed and relaxed environment.“
“I highly recommend Pittsburgh Spine and Rehab!!! I came in with an unknown lower back/side injury at the age of 27. I was feeling super down thinking I would have to get surgery to feel any type relief. I couldn't even walk when I first went in. It's been about 4 weeks of consistent care under Dr and i'm honestly very impressed with the amount of pain relief I have. I drive for work so making sure the pain stays away was a huge factor as well and I feel that it's finally under control. I'm finally getting back into the gym and my everyday life, and I don't complain all day anymore.. huge sigh. The office is very clean with multiple different machines and techniques that help get you feeling back to normal. I will never go anywhere else!“
