Allen & Jen did an amazing job of designing our kitchen. Allen was super responsive throughout the sales cycle. (Like flys on poo) However as soon as we raised a concern and had after installation follow up questions/issues he ghosted us, avoided our calls and e-mails. I would say the true test of an excellent sales person is not how much attention they pay making the sale but how ready and able they are to address your concerns when potential issues arise. Do we love our kitchen? ABSOLUTELY! Did we love the experience? HELL NO. I would be careful working with Allen if you do use Manor House Kitchens. Manor House kitchens is an old fashioned company that not only cares about its product but cares about its customers. Wayne and Sharon are amazing there and their experience and customer service skills really made the whole process of a remodeled kitchen very easy and fun. I highly recommend them.
