Ok so we were challenged trying to find Lulu. 16th floor of a historical building that ThE Mr Frick had built anyway back to Lulu She is fantastic altered fixed shoulders , put in cups and made dress shorter my Mac Duggal gown impeccable alterations Dress looks perfect now She told me the full amount upfront
Lulu is an amazing resource. She reweaves holes in shirts and sweaters. so they are nearly invisible. Her communication is proactive, and she completes the job quickly. Thank you.
I came here for some alterations because of the stellar reviews and because it was walkable from my office. Overall, the work was good and the prices are great. Lulu is very sweet.However, I brought in 3 dresses needing minor alterations about 2 weeks before my event and gave a specific date I needed to pick everything up by. I texted a few days before the date to check in and the work hadn't even been started. I wasn't able to pick everything up until the day after I had requested. Everything fit but it would have been a problem if additional work was needed because I was leaving town for my event.
