I fully trust Dr. Mansfield and his entire team for caring for my cat. They are all so friendly and attentive! I also like the fact that I never ever have to wait more than a minute or so to be taken in for our appointment. Great business model!
My cats were very spicy. The doctor handled them effectively but kindly and got the job done, despite their complaints and escape efforts and minor violence. I feel very comfortable returning knowing they will be handled nicely and thoroughly despite their cattitude!
We were a bit behind on our dogs healthcare and found out our pervious vet’s practice had closed and lacked any way to get records to prove her health status. Both the veterinarian and the techs were so understanding and caring helping us back on track. You can tell they have the best interest of the animals they care for in mind. She had an abnormal test result that the office will be following up with but I’m so thankful we chose them for her care and know they will help us manage her health going forward!
