My laptop would not turn on, and I came to Kevin’s in panic. He diagnosed that the motherboard died and offered me a solution. In a couple of days he got me a refurbished laptop (grade A condition) of almost the same model, managed to reinstall my hard drive in it and even my Russian keyboard. As a result I got almost the same laptop with all my files for a very reasonable price. Thanks, Kevin! Highly recommended.

Back in business! My computer died and I had no idea what I would do, since I have a small business. Not only is Kevin extremely knowledgeable, but they helped me in no time! We had a great conversation and he offers wonderful advice! Plus, their dog is a cutie patootie. I will go to this business for all my computer needs and upgrades! Support this small business. It's worth it. They don't make many like this anymore. I can't thank them enough.

Friendly front of house, quickly identified my computer's issue and offered a reasonable price to get it fixed. I was quoted 300 dollars and six days.Three weeks later, there had been no communication that I didn't initiate and when I asked the status of my job, I was brushed off without recognition of the delay.That said- the last time I followed up, they were very conciliatory and went above and beyond to help resolve the issue as best they could.
