Katie went above and beyond of what I thought a realtor 'does' for us. She is one of the hardest workers I know and it shows. She gets things done as soon as physically possible, even sending emails late at night, the night before Thanksgiving! SO many times, she took the stress off of us and loaded it onto herself and that was truly priceless. It did not go unnoticed and was so much appreciated. She is SO responsive, whether it's emails, texts or calls. She is so informative about every little bit of the process we always felt comfortable with her judgement and trusting her throughout 100% of the process. Katy is an outstanding agent. She found us our dream home. She made the process of buying this house as easy as it could be keeping us informed at all steps of the process and taking care of the steps needed to minimize the work on our end. She then sold the house that we were moving from. This was during a difficult time of year as well as in this difficult market. It all started with the photos which were amazing.
