My parents stairlift stopped working at the worst time! My step mom just came back home from being in the hospital for a few days so I contacted James R. Pitcairn to see about repairs. They responded immediately and serviced the stairlift which my parents totally depend on, especially right now. The service tech was also extremely courteous and professional. I strongly recommend, thank you.
I bought an elevator for my home from the Pitcairn elevator company 10 years ago. They come back yearly to service the elevator and it still runs like new. Same tech every time, very courteous and friendly. Would recommend!!!!
