I have been going to Iron City Elite since February of 2023 and have been very impressed with the coaching staff I have worked with, Maria, Brandon, Meagan, Emily, Rachel and especially Jeremy the owner who all have expertise in various areas. That expertise gives me insight into how best to tackle a specific exercise so as to avoid injury and get the most out of the exercise. I was never much of a weight lifting person but they gave me confidence to try new things and I can proudly say I’ve been doing the first dead lifts of my life!
