A truly unfortunate experience. Initially I received a prompt and promising response within the same day, then got ghosted while we were attempting to set up a 15 minute follow up phone call. It seems like ghosting is just the standard and it's not acceptable and it is not professional.

I wish I could give Insight Global zero stars. They may not even be a real employment agency. I get the feeling these jobs are fake, and they’re just selling your information. My “recruiter” Alexa Sepesky dropped me out of the blue. She ghosted me after telling me she got promoted and no longer does recruiting, which is a lie. I asked her if anyone will be taking over my file. She never responded. Alexa Sepesky is spiteful, malicious and thoroughly incompetent. But so is Insight Global as a whole. I know that because another of their recruiters pulled the same stunt. And I will give that office the exact same review.
