Tim was amazing with helping us do our home inspection. He talks you through everything he checks. If he finds a problem he will point it out on the spot and it will be in his super easy to understand report at the end. We have hired him twice now. He saved us from a water damaged home and made us feel confident we were making a good purchase for the second. If we ever need another inspection I hope Tim is still do inspections so we can hire him again.
