I had never been in this shop before I took two high grade trumpets (incl. Bach Stradivarius 37), and a saxophone (Yamaha Custom Z) in for cleaning, updating, and refreshening. Wow, what a fantastic job! They are SUPER friendly and helpful. I have not played for over 45 years, and they are getting me back in to the game! I am practicing these fine instruments again, and have actually bought 3 additional used trumpets and 2 additional saxophones, all in perfect refurbished shape! I could not be more appreciative, and you can trust their high quality workmanship to the fullest. Thank you Josh, Dean, Julie, and all the rest of the team!

I've been going to Hollis & Germann for years. Great place to get your instruments serviced. Everyone is so nice and helpful! I also bought a sax and trumpet case through them and it was a great experience! Highly recommend if you are in need of anything for your instrument!

These folks are sensational! I had my tenor sax looked at after 15 years of non-use and they replaced four pads and cleaned and oiled up the moving parts. Nice staff and owners too! I’ll be back!
