We had a great experience with Alan. He was very thorough and knowledgeable when doing the inspection on our potential home.We were able to schedule online to find a time most convenient for us, and Alan responded immediately via phone and text with confirmation.During the inspection he pointed out several oddities and explained the reasoning behind each issue and potential fixes for them. He was not bothered by us following him around and asking many questions.

Timely, knowledgeable, helpful quality service and very thorough.Saved my family lots of money noticing the chimney problems inside, and quite possibly my sensitive asthmatic lungs when he knew that there was hazardous mold under the bathroom floor. Alan from HICO found the problems other members of my family (this home was part of an estate) insisted did not exist (some of them know what they are doing and still missed these issues), without Alan from HICO these problems would be festering and getting worse.Their affordably priced services paid for themselves many many times over.I will be recommending Alan to everyone. We used HICO Home Inspection for a second-opinion pre-purchase inspection. Service was very thorough, and found several issues that original inspection recommended by selling agent did not highlight. Highly recommended!
