High level of service in a fun, down to earth atmosphere! I am a “complex” hair client — growing out highlights, hair broken from tape ins, grey roots… it took 4 sessions and I looked fantastic each time — now I look like the woman from What Not to Wear!!! Jay the barber was awesome, made sure to ask me throughout my haircut my opinion on how I would like certain areas. Didn't want me to just like my haircut, but to love it as well. I went for m looking like a shaggy dog, to super spiffy. He was also super friendly and professional as well as Courtney at the front counter when I came in
