My first visit was today. It will definitely not be my last!! Dr. Hayes and his staff are wonderful people, and I felt right at home. After going over what is going on(and off) with my spine, Dr. Hayes evaluated me, and did an an adjustment. All I can say is that I've been in pain since 2019. Even with a triple nerve ablation in my cervical spine. That changed today. I know it will take time for me to heal completely, but for the first time in almost 3 years, my neck moves without sounding like a smashed bag of Doritos. It's gonna take time to repair years of damage and misalignment and re train muscles and bones to straighten up and fly right. I'm in it for the long haul back to who I was, before pain. I picked the right place to start.
