I’m typically not the kind of person to write bad reviews, but this feels necessary. I felt completely disregarded and ignored. I had told Katherine my printer ran out of ink and I wasn’t able to print a few of my extra tax forms. She told me to upload the documents in the app. I did. I emailed Katherine and told her I had uploaded the documents in the app. Ignored my email. Followed up about a week and a half later to see when my taxes would be done. Ignored my email again. If you are self-employed, HR Block and Krista Henney are not the people to see. HR Block advertises they are transparent with their pricing and guarantee 100% accuracy—it's on the website. I chose Krista Henney because it said on her profile she is "small business certified." Unfortunately, I got the complete opposite on all 3 of these, hence the reason for the review. I called both corporate and the local branch to see roughly (I did not expect the exact amount) how much it would be to file two 1099's, and both could not provide an answer other than "We can tell you once you come into the branch." Jonathan has been doing my taxes for 5 years he is outstanding he explains everything clearly and answers all my questions never had a issue and that is why i will be back next year!
