Andy did a fantastic job inspecting the home we purchased and took a lot of extra time answering my questions and making sure I understood issues and how things worked. He really went above and beyond and even figured out how to fix a simple problem with the house while he was there. Report was sent quickly and scheduling was super easy as well. Thank you Andy!

Andy was great, very knowledgeable when it comes to the overall makeup & structure of the house. We spent 2 thorough hours going through the house I plan on purchasing. Will definitely use him as a going forward in the future.

Andy (owner of Griffin Inspection Services) came recommended to us by our Realtor. He was very professional in his communication and scheduling. When our seller's schedule changed, he was able to adjust our appointment with ease. He arrived to the inspection on time and was very understanding when we arrived a few minutes late due to traveling from out of state. In all, the inspection lasted around 3 hours. Andy was pleasant and knowledgeable and as well as providing us with a detailed report, he also provided us with resources as first time home buyers.
