Great customer service! Which is important. But, more importantly he was on time and provided a thorough home inspection.
He has always been so kind, informative and understanding with all my clients, and very thorough in his reports. He shows up on time and maintains good communication throughout the inspection and report period, and answers all my clients questions!
I have worked with a lot of good inspectors, but I was shocked at how impressed I was with Andy yesterday! He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and great at explaining everything to the client. I will definitely be recommending Andy to all of my clients.
