I suffered a serious injury to my neck and had to go to an emergency room. It was a weekend, a Saturday and despite this I was evaluated by a neurosurgeon within one hour. I was admitted to the hospital and the plan was for surgery on my neck on Monday morning. Further tests and an MRI showed I had a fairly rare problem known as brachial neuritis. My pain had become less after intravenous steroids for three days, and I was discharged to home. The pain I had at night time after trying to sleep was unbearable, and I thought the only way out of this pain might be suicide. I had one visit with Dr. Chappie. That night, I went to sleep with the fear that I was going to wake up as I had done for the last 21 days with excruciating pain in my neck and weakness in my right arm. I woke up at about 3 AM, and I couldn’t believe it. The pain was gone. This is after one visit with Tony, and I am forever indebted to him. I followed his rehab instructions and plan to a T and now 18 months later I have full strength and functioning in my right upper extremity and no neck pain. You might say I owe my life to Dr. Chappie.
I've known Dr. Chappie and Gina for almost 8 years now from going to their gym, Pittsburgh Kettlebell and Performance. I only just started having lower back problems recently due to work, and I didn't even consider going to another chiropractor besides Dr. Chappie. Within the last four weeks, my lower back pain has greatly subsided and has made my work significantly more bearable. Even the first adjustment did wonders. They truly take the time to get to know their patients and their needs.
The team at Greentree Chiro has been extremely helpful throughout my entire time under their care. They are diligent and efficient with their processes and have been extremely accommodating in these crazy times. Gina and Chloe make sure to always update me on and changes to my insurance and I’ve never had an unexpected charge or fee to pay from day one. Dr. Chappie has helped get my back to the best it’s been in years which has me feeling much stronger overall. It’s nice to have regular appointments which actually fit into your schedule when you need them to with a reliably friendly staff!
