Tried to connect with a doctor to get an update on a patient and their navigation program was totally frustrating. Listened to the menu and pushed 0 as suggested to get a person and was switched back to the top of the list. The night service does not take messages and the doctor on call has no access to info about what is going on. I requested a call back for the next day and got that in mid afternoon.

I have been coming here for 12 years my Doctor Dan Williams is great he makes you feel like you are family and the staff is so welcoming anytime I call I get right thru to schedule a apt. And if I need a medication refill or change it's done within 48 hours they are amazing. Thank you for all yall do.

You can't ever get an appointment when you are having a problem. Their always booked and tell you to go to Urgent Care, why have a PCP if they never can see you when you're sick? If you can't handle the patient influx than don't take on so many patients. Unfortunately I'm going to have to change doctors, after being a patient of over 20 years because I can never get an appointment and if I'm being told to go to Urgent Care anyway it's pointless to have a PCP.
