I love this nail salon and have been coming here for about 10 years now all together… haven’t felt accepted at any other salon besides this one. - Karen is amazing and so full of life and energy. Typically when you go into a nail salon, everyone just kind of ignores you and there’s no conversation, but she makes me feel so welcomed and special and like I truly am one of her clients that she cares about & respects & wants to take care of! and I feel really comfortable with her!

This is my third (?) time coming here because it's close to my house. This is the second time they goofed up my nails and I have pretty low expectations. This time I was a walk-in so I understood the rushing, but they used a black acrylic powder and I don't think my nail tech was familiar. I'm going back tonight to get them fixed and will edit my review based on the outcome. Mostly my issues are that the border of each nail looks dry (bc they didn't cover the entire nail with the finishing polish I guess), there are mini bubbles on each, and on one nail the acrylic was applied too thinly, so there's a transparent spot. Nails aren’t completely covered and not remotely the color I asked for. I picked a dip by mistake at first and was assured the magenta red would be the correct color when a glitter topcoat was applied. It’s July 4 weekend and instead of a firecracker red, I have more of a maroon on my fingers. It was too late to say anything since it was already on both hands before the glitter went on and I was in a hurry. Sorely disappointed as my toes now don’t match. Was friendly enough but I won’t be so trusting about a color combo if I come back…
