Dr. Tony Tianlun Jiang is the worst provider ever and is very rude. I came in for an accutane appointment and he refused to provide care saying it was too much work for his staff. There was no other patients in the office. The staff was just sitting there doing nothing.

Incompetence in all areas from medical skill to administrative billing is highlighted within the walls of Forefront Dermatology. Heed the warning stay away. I went in for a routine cyst removal and after multiple visits over several month and extensive damage to my neck. The mid level provider (Physician's Assistant) referred me to a plastic surgeon because she did not have the skills to perform the extraction. When I questioned the practice about billing under the names of the physicians (Welsh and Costa) I was told the PA was performing under the supervision of the doctors. Interesting concept, they were never in the room, nor did I ever meet either doctor. I requested a reduction in fees since the task was incomplete, more accurately totally botched and now there are additional costs for a plastic surgeon at my expense. No response! If this is the gold standard of patient care in the practice of dermatology its a bad sign. Additionally to the general public, please note, although Forefront add this blurb about making it right and satisfying patients. They never actually respond back. Please avoid this place.

I have been seeing Dr. Melanie Costa for years at the Friendship office. She is both very caring and very competent. She always takes the time to listen to me and answer any questions that I may have.
