I had a 60-minute sports massage with Phil today and it was incredible. It occurred to me that, given how hard I work out and have for decades now, it rarely occurs to me to treat myself to a massage, so this was an impromptu booking. Phil first stretched me while asking where my pain points were, then the massage started. It was just the right level of pressure and kneading, and I left feeling invigorated, relaxed and pleasantly sore. I will be back again for sure. Magic hands!
Booked massages for my wife (who has never had a massage) and I and it was perfect! The receptionist was friendly and kind, and Ivory and Cara were amazing and made us both feel comfortable.
Fantastic spa! I have terrible rosacea and it flares up bad in the summer. I got a customized corrective facial and it really helped heal my skin! Less red and not flaky! If you have rosacea, I highly recommend the corrective facial!! The atmosphere is also wonderful and relaxing and the aestheticians are awesome.
