Elaine is so friendly, knowledgeable, positive, professional, upbeat, and punctual! I have been getting my eyebrows done by her for years and she is very thoughtful and strategic with her waxing. I always just say to do whatever she thinks is best, and she knows best! She also always gives me the eyebrow brush to take home each time, which is nice. The location and hours are extremely convenient. I especially like that she offers online appointment reservations. I'm always more inclined to go to places that offer online appointments as it's super convenient!
