I moved to PIT from South Florida in late 2021 and had to do research on salons in the region when I came across Undone PGH (formerly Classic PGH). The salon had stellar reviews and proof of their beautiful work on social media, so I took a shot and booked an initial appointment for extension consultation and hair cut/style with Kim. I had such a great experience and I truly felt like she understood what I wanted and was able to execute my vision perfectly. Not what I was expecting. I had high expectations as the place looks nice. Took very little time. No view on what the haircut should be. No eyebrow trim which is kind of standard. Then again probably not a place go for a guys cut. A lot customers but would go elsewhere

So happy with my hair! I've gone to Cheyenne twice now for both a cut and balayage and she is amazing! She makes sure you get exactly what you want! She did my bridal hair for me and I am so grateful I found her, it's exactly what I was looking for!
