I had contacted Coit for a carpet and duct cleaning after acquiring a home that a smoker lived in for 30 + years. With a wood burner in the living room, it added to the smoke smell in the carpets. Ducts, not carpets have ever been cleaned. Carpets were only 10 years old, mostly clean, but carried a strong smoke smell. Eric and his crew arrived on time. They were courteous and professional.The crew was quick and efficient. The carpets turned out beyond my expectation, removing nearly all the smoke smell, which I thought would be impossible. They did an excellent job cleaning our duet blinds which had never been cleaned. The 2 sales/service men (one came to give us a quote and take the blinds down and the other who came the following week to put them back up we're awesome! Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely use them again.
