“I started suffering from tinnitus and meniere's desease 4 months ago. The vertigo, and "ringing" in my ear just seemed to take over my life. I didn't see how I could ever learn to just "live with it", as one ENT told me. He gave me a hearing test, and I had already lost some hearing in that ear. Thankfully, someone told me about a friend who had been helped by Tranquility Specific. Dr. Chad Bragg explained my treatment plan, and I knew I just had to try something! “Soooooooo, let's start with the fact that I was TERRIFIED of chiropractors. Was not going to go near one..EVER. Next, and most importantly, I have fibromyalgia, so, sometimes, even thinking hurts, let alone a chiropractic adjustment. One afternoon I was having a conversation in his general vicinity and found out that Dr. Powell was a chiropractor! I politely told him, "You're nice and all, but you DO know I'm not going to see you, right? I don't do chiropractors." He just smiled, handed me his card, and said, "Call on Monday, and speak to Jane, my receptionist." So, I did, and made an appointment for Tuesday. I go into the office Tuesday (Jane is SUPER nice, btw), and I fill out some paperwork. He takes me back and does this assessment, and sets up an appointment for the next day to go over my results. I come back and we go over them all, and he customizes an adjustment schedule to fit MY needs and MY comfort level. He walks me through to the exam room, and asks me if I had a bad experience, and I flat out told him that I had never been because all of that cracking freaks me out-it turns out that what I thought I was my body was just the table moving! Dr. Powell is an amazingly understanding doctor. He goes at the pace that is comfortable for you. All of my fellow fibro sufferers-if you've ever had a bad experience with a chiropractor, I encourage you to give it one more go with Dr. Powell. It may seem like it's not working at first, but I promise, you will start to feel better! I am Team Wellness Pittsburgh!!“
“I had a great experience with Dr. Josh. Not only was I able to get a sane day appointment, the entire paperwork process was seamless and easy to complete. He took the time to understand my challenges and did a few movements to actually how and where I was having issues so he could determine next steps. I liked that he didn’t try to sell me on a long treatment plan on my first visit and rather established some short term goals and provided me with exercises to complete at home in between treatment sessions.And the new office with the lift is pretty cool too! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend him.“

“Before Dr. Pint, I was seeing another chiropractor for a year or so with no results. I was frustrated because I felt the other chiropractor didn’t really listen to me about my pain and just gave me a few “basic cracks” and sent me on my way. When I would come back and still complain of the same pain the guy would just look at me and shrug his shoulders. I knew then I needed someone different. Immediately from walking into the door Dr. Pint handled everything differently. He listened to the pain I was having and explained to me about the “zones”, which I had never heard of before, and from there a plan was set up to correct the situation. Every session the basic adjustments were addressed but also more focused adjustments as well. Now my neck and shoulder pain is at a minimum and my 3-4 TMJ related headaches that I would get weekly is now down to zero! Thank you Dr. Pint!“

“I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jeff!! I had been in constant pain for 4 days by the time I reached out to him. Sitting, breathing, and talking all caused stabbing pain in my back, and I was desperate. Dr. Jeff made a house call the same day, did a full adjustment, got a rib and a vertebra back into place, and helped ease the muscles that were spasming. He is *incredible.*I loved the way he explained everything that he was doing, didn't surprise me with any adjustments, and checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable with each adjustment position. He also did a full evaluation so he could follow up with recommended exercises and stretches to help prevent further issues in future.It was easy to see throughout our appointment that Dr. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and sincerely cares about his patients.
