I was so nervous to start having medication delivered, it sounded so stressful to me to set up and all that. But this has been an amazing experience! The customer service is so sweet and helpful! They call to check on your refill, which has been a life saver for me because I am forgetful! My medication is always delivered on time and so safely packaged! This is an amazing pharmacy!
They are very prompt in deliveries. They are a little stingy on the ammount of product they give but if you call and ask for more they will express ship it or deliver it same day! No complaints, they do a great job overall
Chartwell needs to come into the 21st century. Unlike every other utility bill or even insurance provider they still don’t have the option to go paperless. And I just don’t see the need for being mailed an invoice for every delivery when there is no charge (my insurance covered it) and I could pull up the information if I had any questions on my insurance website.Also home delivery by drivers is a bit aggravating as someone who has a chronic condition. Sometimes they have come very early in morning, when I’m still in bed. Other times they have shown up after 9 PM when I’m trying to wind down.
