New customer referred by an existing customer; the technician (Alonzo) was great. Knowledgeable, courteous, thorough and punctual. Can't rate overall effectiveness yet as the treatment was competed 2 days ago. Reason I rated 4 of 5; so far so good.
I would recommend them to my friends and family.
Budget Pest Control were immediately "on it" after i called about carpenter ants in my kitchen. Came the next day, sprayed and have not seen a bug since. Price was right, worth it. This was my first time using a pest control, so I was very pleased.
My experience with Budget Pest Control was very nice. My father had used them for a different house we had and recommended that I call them to do preemptive work on the new house we have. The technician, I think his name was Justin, was very knowledgeable and explained things great to me. It was a pleasant and quick appointment. If every appointment moving foward is like this, Budget Pest Control will have one satisfied customer who will definitely recommend them.
