I have never had to plan a funeral before and I have to say - dormont was professional , knowledgeable, showed empathy, made all of my father in laws wishes a priority and truly made this terrible experience an easy experience. I can’t thank them enough !!!
Steve was absolutely great. He took his time explaining everything to me and my family. So caring. Emily was also very helpful. The people here help you get through one of the worst days of your life.
It has taken me some time to post this as I face and live a changed life each day. The memory of that day will always be indelibly printed in my mind. The grace and dignity with which the Beinhauer Family and Staff, (Scott Beinhauer in particular) stood behind me and my family was exemplary. They made a very sad and traumatic day easier to get through. Everything was set up perfectly and there was nothing that was amiss.A huge thank you to Scott and your staff.
