Everyone at Aquaguard is very professional and takes serious pride in their work. They are honest, reliable, efficient, and just good people overall. A few years ago, they came right away to repair a floor-to-ceiling crack in the basement wall that became a waterfall in a rainstorm. The guys fixed it up so well I think it’s stronger than the rest of the wall. They considered it a small job, I considered it a life-saver. More recently, I called them to waterproof the whole basement. These guys are amazing. Their skill is like a work of art. The basement is now ready to be finished as a living space. 1st and foremost I cannot say enough great things about this company. Don’t walk but run to them when you need waterproofing work done in your home. From the 1st person we contacted in the home office Paula who was friendly, exceptional with communication throughout the entire job to Tom the owner of the company who came out to give us the estimate and was as friendly as anyone my wife and I have had dealings with. Lastly the job itself which was being done by Shawn and Nate. Every little detail was covered and if we could go higher than 5 stars we would.
