Called Dave to ask for his advice if my TV was repairable after my granddaughter threw a golf ball at it, and the whole screen got cracked; Dave was straight-forward with me that I was out of options, did not try to get some money out of me first. Appreciate the honesty, will definitely call him again (hopefully not).
