Dave was great to work with. I would recommend going through him if there is any issue with your TV. My TV was fixed in a timely fashion, and he is very straightforward with you throughout the process.

Called Dave to ask for his advice if my TV was repairable after my granddaughter threw a golf ball at it, and the whole screen got cracked; Dave was straight-forward with me that I was out of options, did not try to get some money out of me first. Appreciate the honesty, will definitely call him again (hopefully not).
