My two senior dogs have had major health problems since moving to Pittsburgh last year. All the staff are caring, kind, and trustworthy. I cannot give enough positive praise to Dr. Natalie. She treated my dogs like her own; her love of animals really shines through. She stays up to date on the science/research in the field, and is very thorough explaining possible causes and treatment avenues. Thank you to Dr. Natalie and the ANVH staff for caring for my dogs and providing the best care.
Staff were extremely kind and accommodating of my reactive dog, allowed us to stay in our car until his appointment and brought him in through the back to avoid other dogs. Allowed me to stay in the room for vaccines/bloodwork that he normally would be too rambunctious to do in the back. Highly recommend!

She had many health issues and I really appreciate the extra phone calls, detailed information but most of all the care and compassion you showed us and our girl.
