My experience with these guys has been great! Our fence was installed in 2013. After some not nice delivery person broke the gate latch I called them to come and fix it. I have three fur babies and I was using a bungee cord to keep the gate closed. Apparently the post office finds it too difficult to operate such a complex device, and so I thought i should get it fixed. When I called they sent out a sales guy to check out the situation and give me an estimate. Dan was a great guy, personable and knowledgeable. We used Allegheny Fence Company to install a fence around our yard perimeter.They did an excellent job on the project except for an issue with our gates. We voiced our concerns and came to a fair compromise and they addressed our concerns. Very professional business that cares about the customer experience.
