If there was an option to rate this lower than 1 star I absolutely would. The only saving grace for this company is they employ some of the kindest most compassionate individuals in the field. Management lacks vision and organization, employee morale is low and not a priority. Highly trained individuals cannot make hours yet spend precious time off the clock to speak to love ones on the behalf of residents out of love, yet another 35k a year this organization couldn’t not bring itself to spend to hire a receptionist or patient care advocate.

Horrendous management.
