From start to finish, the communication was excellent and timely, and the project manager from AI, Brent, explained very thoroughly what the problems were and how they would be fixed. He answered our many questions before and during the job with patience and clarity. The estimate was professionally prepared and very clear as to what we could expect and what the costs would be. Brent kept in touch with us as the job was scheduled and then as it progressed through the phases, so that we were able to plan for the disruption that naturally occurred. “All of the above. I called another company, AJ Perry for a service call. They originally installed my system 13 years ago. They told me that my gas valve was defective along with a "fried PC board" & Defective thermostat. $4000.00 Repair bill. They advised to replace the entire system. $21000.00 but they could do it if I agreed to do it on Tuesday because they needed the work for $13000.00..We are close to 80 years old & live on a fixed income. I then called Dennis at Tin Man to check my system. He repaired it in less than 1/2 hour and just charged me a service call. It was a God Send. Thank you Dennis for being Fair, Honest & Knowledgeable. An Expert in his field and has a heart for Seniors in need !!!“
