I switched my PCP to Dr Russel’s office in Pine Grove about 2 years ago now. I love the new office that was recently built, that staff and Drs. Are wonderful and attentive. I am able to call and connect with someone as needed on the phone or on the app and get in to be seen. I feel I’m heard and treated respectfully well as a patient. They take time to listen and figure out a game plan for whatever is needed. I am pleased with the care I receive from this office.
PGAC cared for HUK as if he was their own dog/family member. They recommended several options for the issue HUK was having and provided a quote with recommendations before any decision had to be made on my part. The facility is above standard and the staff is welcoming. I value the service they provide to the Pine Grove community.
After years of going to lazy piercers I found this place last minute on a weekend trip with my fiance and my 3 month old son. The person I’ve usually gone to in the past in my home town is so lazy and made it clear that if he doesn’t want to do a specific piercing he’ll just tell people they don’t have the anatomy so I went 4 years thinking I didn’t have the anatomy for a navel piercing. I gave up on trying until I found this place. Let me start off by saying they are very clean. Rachel is the nicest person I have ever met in my 19 years of living. Rachel explained everything step my step and seriously relieved any anxiety I had. I left with more confidence than I had walking in. I wanted my navel pierced due to stretch marks from having a baby to direct eyes off of them and onto something more shiny. I will come back for all my future piercings and I live 3 hours away. It’s 100% worth the travel!
