Our dog woke up in the morning and was having trouble walking. They were able to get us a same day appointment with very little notice. They informed us ahead time that we may have to wait.
We knew our dog may have to be put down. The Doctor saw our dog and explained to us what with wrong with him. Unfortunately, we had to make the decision to put him down. The doctor and assistant were very sympathetic and gave us time with our dog before and after the procedure. Thank you.
I was the support person for a dear friend who had to unfortunately had to put her sweet Gracie girl down. I was so incredibly blown away by the customer service I witnessed- the compassion, empathy, kindness and support that Dr. Lindsay Shreiber and his 2 female colleagues continuously demonstrated during an extremely emotional time was extraordinary! The team of professionals went above and beyond to make this emotional experience as comfortable as possible for gracie girl as well as offering Gracie’s proud owner emotional support. We've been seeing Dr. Shreiber and his team of vets for close to 20 years. You couldn't ask for a kinder, more compassionate, or knowledgeable staff. We highly recommend Valley Vet.
