I first came across this place on groupon 4 years ago. Amazing experience, had me coming back whenever I was in town. Tina gives one of the best facials possible, and they are so accommodating in terms of scheduling facials/massages. Super clean every time, I feel absolutely relaxed, and not pressured if I want to omit a certain part of a service. I highly recommend the membership if you find yourself getting facials monthly, or even a massage, its the best bang for your buck, and every staff member hits the nail! In the 20+ times I have been here, I cannot say I have had a bad experience.
Ahh, I have mix feelings with this place. The ladies were kind. However, my facial and massage shouldn’t have been 45-50 minutes each if we are paying for 60 minutes for each service. I arrived ahead of time and was more than prepared to have my full time allocated for.My one friend used this place before so she booked me and my other friend a friends massage and facial. It was my first time and my other friends first time as well. We had to pay full price even though I asked if we would be eligible for the introductory price, even if it was just for one of the services. My friend and I both got a facial and massage. I had a good massage and my wife really enjoyed her facial. The folks here went out of their way to find the record of the gift cert that I had bought a year ago and lost. Highly recommend.
