I went to Snyder Family Chiropractic because of neck and shoulder pain that I was experiencing which interfered with my ability to sleep. Prior to going to see Dr. Snyder, I was doing some range of motion exercises for my neck with little relief. The neck pain together with some shoulder pain (i.e., I am a side sleeper) kept me up most of the night and I was unable to sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time and most nights I averaged between 2-4 hours of sleep max. I felt some relief after several treatments and now after 8-9 treatments my neck and shoulder pain has subsided to the point that I am able to sleep longer 4-7 hours most nights. This is a significant improvement. Dr. Snyder is very patient and available and offers an holistic approach to healing by offering advice on exercise and lifestyle changes that also aid in healing.
