“So many great things to say about Rutter. We hired them to re-do the deck above our carport. It is a very large space and our budget was limited. So it took a lot of time and help from them to get to a plan that got us what we wanted and could afford. We never felt pressured and they were so patient with us. They broke down all the expenses so we felt informed and in control. The project manager was very communicative throughout the planning and the install. The end result is gorgeous and we are very happy. They also quickly solved a roof leak that 3 previous roofers we unable to fix. Everybody we met was friendly and good at their job. And a shout out to the people we spoke to on the phone but never met who handled scheduling and random questions. They have a great team.“

“I moved into my home where the porch roof had collapsed already and there were leaks beginning in one area inside. They were communicative, friendly, they coordinated everything including getting the dumpster and gave me a whole new roof in one day. They took pictures and video of parts of the roof i could not see directly. Hurricane Deb came and went and the roof performed perfectly. I would only call them if i need the detached garage roof replaced later.“

“Had Certitude redo our siding, gutters, soffit etc, all things pertaining to the outside of the house basically except for the roof. They were not the cheapest but they weren't too far off and they included everything with install.

There were a few hiccups with installation (siding delivery guy took out the mailbox, electric circuit cut) but Ryan was extremely responsive and all issues were taken care of quickly.

The installation looks great and we are more than pleased with the finished product. Highly recommend Certitude.“
