Phoenixville Memorial Works

Been waiting a year to have my father's marker updated. Not very responsive to emails nor voice messages. Can't get status on when it might get done. They do good work, but customer service leaves much to be desired.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Phoenixville Memorial Works to produce a memorial marker for my wife. For obvious reasons, hopefully I never need their services again....BUT, I would not hesitate for one minute reaching out to them if needed. The experience was so much more than me just buying a product from them. They were incredibly flexible with me and they helped in providing wonderful ideas along the way.
