“We have had a great experience at Phoenix Waggy Tails! We have two large labs who have stayed for overnight and daycare and they practically run to the door when we drop them off. I love that we get updates via photos and a report card at the end of their stay. The facility is clean and organized and the owners Sarah and Mike are very personable and helpful. The portal technology is super helpful as well. The overnight staff member Kate has been great too. Glad we found Phoenix Waggy Tails!“

“Miss Drew is amazing. I am a crazy dog mom and I feel 100% comfortable taking my 6 month old puppy there. He absolutely ADORES his friends there, and has no issue leaving me to go there. I deal with and service groomers in 3 states and she's one of the best groomers I have ever known. Her kennels are well taken care of and she knows her business. If I lived in her area I wouldn't take my dog anywhere but to her!“

“They are friendly and good with animals. 2 issues are apparently the front desk, and the vets don't communicate. I get a quote for how much and what's to be done, and they always ask me. They are expensive, and that is why pet owners neglect they're pet. Not because they want to, but anytime you bring a pet to here expect to pay 300 to 1000 dollars, easily!“

“I boarded my whole male Weimaraner here for the first time (7 nights). The staff is so friendly and also followed my feeding instructions (he is raw fed). I really appreciate their hard work.
