They did a totally professional job all the way through My hot water heater leaked badly in basement Had to have carpet ripped up floorboards taken off and heaters put in to dry everything out to cut risk of mold growing They were fast efficient and kept me updated on everything that they were doing and what needed to be done I would highly recommend then to anyone needing similar 5 star all the way work done Looks better than before the flood

We were pleased and relieved to work with a professional group such as Miller Restoration. Our house was essentially gutted by a fire. The next day their mitigation team led by Will was on site and walked us through that process, answering all our questions in a time of uncertainty. Rebecca and her contents team were incredibly methodical and careful in packing up and respecting all our belongings, consulting with us over every decision, and then taking them off site for ozone cleaning from the smoke.
