My daughter used the hose on a warm day in the winter, but unfortunately didn't disconnect it afterwards. It got really cold overnight, and the pipe froze, flooding the basement. I called the 800 number, and within just a few hours they were pumping water out of the basement, removing damaged drywall and setting up blowers and dehumidifiers. The damage was pretty significant, but It still came below my deductible. $5,000, so I didn't have to make a claim against my homeowners policy either.
