They were communicative, friendly, they coordinated everything including getting the dumpster and gave me a whole new roof in one day. They cleaned the windows on the outside first in one day and the next they returned to clean the insides. They sent a team of 4 out. They were all very pleasant, clean, wore nice uniforms, booties etc. They had sophisticated cleaning equipment and cleaned up after themselves. Once I met with Kevin K., their estimator and customer service coordinator, I knew that I would be in good hands with G. Cannon. I needed help as I wanted to do something a little different with my siding design and my job, while small, did have a couple of quirks that needed to be resolved (something the other companies I spoke with glossed over.) Kevin was upfront about what needed to be done and he was terrific throughout the entire process. He was creative in coming up with solutions, answered all of my many questions in a timely manner, helped guide me through multiple design decisions, and oversaw all aspects of the job.
