Thanks for sendingthe team of Dan Hockman to repair the collapsed trap of of the sewer line between our house and street sewer line, that resulted in backup to the house with flooding in the basement.The Zoom Drain company respond very quickly to the emergency call we had.They sent a great team, but technician Dan Hockman is incredibly dedicated with expertise, very professional, explain every steps trough. His very hard working and perseverance to complete the repair are something you couldn't see very often. Will highly recommendZoom Drain to everyone who have plumbing problems.

I recently had a tricky and large clog blocking my kitchen sink. I wasn’t sure how it was going to get fixed but Luke my technician was wonderful! Not only was Luke knowledgeable, professional, and courteous but he also was very persistent and made sure the job got done! Life is hard when you don’t have a working kitchen sink for your family so I appreciate all the work Luke did to unclog our drain.

Darius was an exemplary technician. We had a very bad clog in our sewer line, which had caused flooding in our home.The solution to this problem was not forthcoming but Darius and his assistant were incredibly tenacious in finding a solution.Overall, a very positive experience, with a successful outcome.
